Book Care + Protect (Prepaid Visit) to use one of your membership visits
To get the best results, most members book about once per month:
Visit 1: within the next 2–4 weeks
Visit 2: ~4 weeks after
Visit 3: ~4 weeks after that
If you’d like, message me and I’ll help you space the 3 visits around your diary.
Your 90-day cycle starts on your purchase date.
3 visits per 90 days (use them within your active period)
Rollover: carry over up to 1 unused visit into the next period
Rollover must be used within 30 days of renewal
Visits don’t stack beyond this (max 4 available at any time)
Cancel anytime — your membership stays active until the end of your current paid period
Unused visits have no cash value and aren’t transferable

Can I use my 3 visits sooner than monthly?
Yes — you can book closer together when life needs it. Just use all 3 within your 90 days.
What if I don’t use all 3 visits within 90 days?
You may carry over up to 1 unused visit into the next cycle.
The maximum prepaid visits on your account at any time is 4 (3 current + 1 rollover).
For example:
If someone joins 4 Jan 2026, their first cycle runs 4 Jan → 4 Apr 2026 (90 days).
On 4 Apr, they renew and get 3 new visits. If they had 1 unused visit, it rolls over but must be used by 4 May 2026.
Is removal always included?
Damage-free removal is included as part of your membership visits.
What if I get chipping or lifting? (Quality Guarantee)
If you experience chipping or lifting, message me within 7 days with a clear photo.
If it’s a service-related issue, I’ll book you in for a complimentary correction (up to all 10 nails).
Accidental damage and heavy wear (knocks, picking, using nails as tools, harsh chemicals) aren’t covered.
